We initially felt that we don’t need to give our entourage additional gifts, since we already paid for their gowns and shoes to have a more uniformed look. But then as we go through our preps, there are moments that some of our entourage were really kind enough to give us support whenever they need them. So, with our little budget, we found it difficult to look for something that we know they would like. And since majority were fond of chocolates, especially the girls and whiskey, for the men of course, we thought why not find a reputable supplier who can give both at a rate that we can afford? That’s the time when we decided to book Chocolate Confections upon seeing their portfolio.

We actually found them by accident and luckily, we found a connection through one of our suppliers who was also getting married before us. They booked them for their Principal Sponsors souvenir and just before we were about to book them, we already saw our supplier’s review about Chocolate Confections and how the owner, Ms Maribeth was very nice and accommodating with all their requests. Without second thought, we emailed Ms Maribeth, inquired about the belgian chocolate with wine and whiskey souvenirs and immediately booked them.

The process was very fast and our communication was only through email. Since we are overseas, we paid 50% of the total amount through online bank transfer and as per the contract, all the goods will be delivered at the hotel where we will be staying the night before the wedding.

For the boxes, we can have it customized according to our color motiff (for plain colors only) and they also have existing box templates if we wanted something that has a pattern. Our belgian chocolate with wine/whiskey comes free with ribbon and personalized thank you tag according to our motiff.

Communication was very prompt and the transaction was smooth. We paid the rest of the 50% a week before the delivery was made. When we got the box containing all the souvenirs, it was already wrapped individually complete with all the ribbons and tags. The quality was superb especially for their affordable rate. Since I’m very keen with chocolates, it was nice to know that their belgian chocolates were authentic. Everything looked nice and very presentable.

If we’ll have another event in the future and we’ll be needing souvenirs that they offer, we won’t think twice to book them again.
