Prenup Supplier Review: Jeff Galang Prenup Stylist

Photo Prenup Stylist: JEFF GALANG
Supplier Rating: 5/5
Package: Gold (4 layouts with Stylist OTD of the Prenup)

Prenup
Our first layout. Clothes and accessories by Jeff Galang

* We will show the full set later after the Prenup Photo Supplier Reviews are completed. *

PROS:

We thought we can DIY our prenup attire and accessories since we already bought shoes and some clothes as per our theme in mind and thought that stylist fees are just too expensive for our budget. But we ended up hiring one after we had a meeting with our photographer and discussed our theme where he clearly explained that stylists can help especially if there is not enough time to create mood boards etc We considered this since we were also really busy with work and the preparations for our flight back to Manila 2 weeks before our scheduled prenup shoot. We used to see Jeff Galang’s works as a celebrity stylist before from our researches online, so when our photographer dropped his name as one of his recommended stylists, automatically we knew we have to get Jeff.

With this fact being  emphasized, he should also be treated well especially with the type of outfit that he’ll be wearing on his wedding day. Besides he’s also getting married to the love of his life!

Wedding Supplier Contract Cancellation

image

Technically, contracts are made between two parties where the first party is the Supplier/Vendor and the second party would be the couple, who seeks the services of the first one. Just like in any contracts or business dealings, there are times when either parties involved thought of cancelling the agreement. During wedding preps, this occurs occassionally for different reasons. But even before you would think of doing it be sure to take note of the following important facts so you won’t regret your decision later on.

Wedding Supplier Contract Details

Contracts, as known by all, is a legal binding document for a paid business transaction between client and clientele. Both parties have agreed to the services to be rendered and everything written on the piece of paper should be followed or executed, if not, legal actions can be taken. Wedding/Event Supplier contracts apply the same rules which are a must-have during wedding prep bookings and transactions. Since not all wedding suppliers issue official receipts upon booking or when deposits have been paid, signed contracts (scanned and electronic ones included) is the only legal paper that couples have that binds them with the wedding suppliers. In case problems would arise, its the piece of paper that couples can use to enforce legal actions.

Wedding/event contracts vary depending on the service to be rendered on your wedding day, but generally, it should include the following:

Our Wedding Preps Timeline 2015

image

Looking back at the old posts that we did for this blog which contained all of our various wedding supplier researches, I felt the need to review again the preparations that we have done so far. Although we already have a list to summarize all that we have booked, it’s still interesting to look back at how much we’ve accomplished. Thank you Lord!

Overall, it’s a 1 year and 4 months wedding preparation. 😊

Filipino Wedding Gown Couture

The bride’s gown has been (and always will be) the centerpiece of a wedding event. Whether the ceremony is well decorated, the reception has the best food being served, the groom looked dashing or the flowers are just magical. Nothing still beats the attention that the bride will receive on her wedding day. And yes, all eyes will be on what she’ wearing. Cliche as it may seem, all girls have their dream wedding gown made by their dream wedding designer or Couturier. Unfortunately, not all couturiers are affordable. Unless the couple wanted to go all out and is willing to spend Php 500k +++ for a one-day-gown then it’s no big deal! It’s not difficult to choose THE dream designers since names like Vera Wang, Michael Cinco, Elie Saab, Krikor Jabotian, Monique Lhuillier, Ezra, Berta, Zuhair Murad etc were all over the place.

But for budget weddings like us, practicality would always be top priority. Practicality doesn’t mean we can’t afford them, but we just decided to keep things within our range.. besides there are other great wedding couturiers in the Philippines who can produce the same great quality but on a lower price scale. Personally, I don’t want my dress to only look gorgeous but I want it to be remembered as the most important gown that I will be wearing for the rest of my life!

Below is a list of awesome Philippine-based designers that we have researched so far and their starting price range only as of October 2015 and will definitely change without prior notice.

Bridal Gown rates normally include the veil, cord, pillows etc.  Prices also vary depending on the following: the reputation of the designer, the fabric to be used, gown style if 1 way or 2-way, pegs, embellishments (pearls, Swarovski etc), accessories, and the degree of difficulty to be done. These designers can be researched easily since the majority have websites and FB pages with their portfolios (past and recent designs). One thing we noticed though, once a designer features a celebrity, automatically their price range would increase by 10%++ aside from that fact that they do increase on a quarterly or semi-annual basis! So if you find what you think would fit your budget, better book an appointment with them now! Happy preps 🙂

SOME RATES ARE UPDATED AS OF SEPTEMBER 2018
BETTER TO INQUIRE DIRECTLY TO KNOW ANY RATE/PRICE CHANGES
